Hello, myself and my wife took a shuttle from the Grand Hyatt, NYC to JFK on Tuesday 5th January around 1.50pm. I wanted to write and say what an great service we had and that the particular driver we had was excellent. Sadly our journey back to England took over 35hours due to bad snow in the UK however I am so glad we started our journey off with your company and particular driver. We hope to be able to afford to come back to New York again and if we do ever get back we will be using your company from and to the airport. Thank you and please pass our thanks on to the driver if you have him on record. Stu

I used AirLink for the first time on Dec. 13, 2009, from Manhattan hotel to Newark Airport. Driver - Danny, Van #624 was wonderful! He was punctual, an excellent and safe driver; he was pleasant,professional and very helpful..I will definitely use AirLink in my future travels to NYC, which are 3-4 times a year, and will highly recommend Airlink to others. Thanks to Danny for the wonderful service!!!!! |

I recently used your service for a return trip between JFK and NYC and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. The drivers were punctual and very helpful. The vehicles were comfortable and it was a very relaxed way to get to and from the airport. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family.

Just to let you know that you have an excellent service to and from JFK. You are honest and upfront about what you do. Your fares are unbeatable. The drivers are courteous, helpful, inventive getting around traffic and they drive safely. They don't ask for tips, but they are appreciative when they get them. I'll always use you. I would just like to say thank you for the wonderful service we received from your company. The drivers to and from the airport were brillant, my daughter was not very well coming from the aiport to the hotel and the driver was very helpful.
I would recommend your company to anyone as I could not fault the service we received from you.

On Friday June 26th, my wife left her phone in your shuttle from Milford Plaza to Newark Airport. She realized this at the airport and had me call you to find it. I called and very quickly your Mr. David Merizalde answered the phone and helped me, culminating in finding the phone and having it shipped back to us. We have received it. I'm writing to compliment your service and the excellent staff you have, in particular Mr. Merizalde. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Merizalde was extremely professional, courteous, and as patient as a saint! Iâ•˙m sure I wasnâ•˙t the easiest of customers, but his good nature and professional attitude made the process painless, in fact, pleasurable. Mr. Merizalde is truly an asset to your organization. Dear Sir/Madam. I have just arrived home from my recent trip to New York, and I had pleasure in using your service from JFK to Manhatten and vice versa. Can I say that the service was first class, on arrival at JFK we waited 10 minutes and your driver picked us up. Returning home yesterday we was sheduled to be picked up at 5.30pm from the Doubletree Guest Suites and your driver picked us up bang on time and got us to JFK very swiftly. Thank you Airlink NYC, I will have no hesitation in using you again on our next trip.
